SP2 Production Engineer

• To optimize and set up manufacturing’s machine, provide training cause of chemical distillation and mixing knowledge, and set up process documentation. Build up train & coaching activities to technician/operator of machine set up, chemical distillation and mixing knowledge/procedure for work correctly and same standard.
• Involve the team to optimizes the use of manpower, operation time and methods as standard in the manufacturing processes, to achieve efficiency, productivity, safety and quality.
• To utilize & coaching machine for increase ability and stability performance to reduce production cost & production lead time.
• To provide machine & equipment preventive maintenance for reduce machine down time. Monitoring the efficient, feedback to manager and related department.
• Involve of trouble shooting for daily production issue. Implement investigation and preventive action at problem point.
• Leading of yield/productivity improvement or cost reduction project at least 1 project per quarter.
• To support Production and Final inspection process validation activity in IQ, OQ and PQ, which the validation of mass-production equipment, with approved development specification and plans.
• To conduct or support improvement testing/problem solving testing.
• To coordinate with concerns department to meet performance objective for production department
• To be assigned to other work as and when required by superior.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Background in Engineering or Science (either industrial engineering, system engineering,mechanical, chemical) 2. Good leadership, human relation and accountability 3. 1 to 5 years of working experience in process control and improvement in manufacturing process. 4. Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical lab is advantage. 5. Experience in medical device and ISO13485 is preferred. 6. Good command in spoken and written English 7. Math skills, analytical skills, teamwork, familiarity with Basic software and field specific software such as Mini tab 8. Good team work, well understanding of production and cleanroom environment control
