Development Engineer (Improvement Engineering)

• Support design transfer by qualifying the new process and/or equipment.
• Support qualifying when change process, equipment.
• Monitoring after new process and/ or equipment and changed process and /or equipment are installed.
• Support to maintain test equipment for Manufacturing Engineering and keep records and relevant documentation.
• To qualify and prepare reports related to installation of new process and /or new equipment and changed process and /or equipment.
• To monitoring and prepare report after installation of new process and /or new equipment and changed process and /or equipment.
• Stabilization of production quality and yield improvement activities.
• To maintain test equipment for Manufacturing Engineering and keep records and relevant documentation.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Leadership 2. Background in Engineering (either mechanical, optical, chemical, biological, or system engineering) 3. Logical thinking based on engineering background 4. Communication with local staff in English. Mandarin is a plus. Japanese is also a plus, but a big advantage. 5. Experience in medical device is preferred 6. Basic project management skill to lead/participate cross functional group activities (mainly consists of R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) for new product and process installation
